Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline preferred.Must be a US Citizen with a Secret Security Clearance.Collect, synthesize and analyze a wide array of data inputs, including staffing planning inputs, predicted attrition analytics, return on investment data for events and other activities, diversity goals/gaps, career field competency needs assessments and related health assessments, university, affinity group, and industry trend data and other relevant data sets.Make recommendations to information strategic and annual Enterprise Recruiting decisions, prioritizes and strategies.Facilitate the ongoing execution of workforce planning and recruiting data analytics systems, in partnership with SEA10A staff.Support the completion and distribution of HR data analytics in support of IG inspections, command goal Key Performance Indicators KPIs), enterprise recruiting, talent management, learning and development, and other SEA 10D/Enterprise HR programs.
